Return and Refund Policy

At Project Motherhood Iowa, we are dedicated to providing valuable resources and support for perinatal mental health. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns may be requested for any products, services, or donations made through our website www.projectmotherhood.co (the “Site”).
1. Digital Products and Services
No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and services, including downloadable content, online courses, or virtual consultations, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the product or service has been accessed.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue or believe there is a problem with the digital product or service that was not resolved through our customer support, please contact us at hello@projectmotherhood.co within [7] days of the issue to discuss your concerns. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
2. Donations
Non-Refundable
All donations made to Project Motherhood Iowa are final and non-refundable. We appreciate your support and understand that you are contributing to our mission to support perinatal mental health.
3. Physical Products
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges for physical products are accepted within [30] days of the date of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@projectmotherhood.co with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping fees. Please allow [7-10] business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
4. Cancellations
Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled service (e.g., consultation or workshop), please notify us at least [48] hours in advance. Cancellations made less than [48] hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@projectmotherhood.co. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for any future billing periods, but no refunds will be provided for any charges already incurred.
